Nowadays, the world and the lives of teenagers are subject to quick, sudden and unpredictable changes, compared to the recent past generations. Due to this rapidity and precariousness, adults and older generations find themselves unprepared and helpless to confront these changes, particularly when they refer to and rely on their own past experiences.

The italian journalist Michele Serra and two other well-known psychoanalysts: Alessandra Lemma (Visiting Professor in the Psychoanalysis Unit at University College London, and Visiting Professor of Psychological Therapies at Essex University), and Massimo Ammaniti (Professor of Psychology at the University La Sapienza in Rome) will discuss this interesting and living matter at the Italian Cultural Institute of London.
