The workshop will draw on the work researchers such as  insight, n motivational styles and reversal theory and the relationship of social identity to creativity. Case studies and organisational experience from all sectors (public, private, and not for profit ) will highlight what works and what doesn’t when individuals and teams want to be more creative and more innovative.
